EN-Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the Netherlands. EU shipping is available upon request via info@yakoot.nl.

Shipping Partner

Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL. After dispatch, you will receive a track & trace code by email, allowing you to follow your parcel.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders over €500 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Not at Home

If you are not present during delivery, the carrier will attempt a second delivery or leave the parcel at a collection point near you. You will be informed of this via the track & trace service.

Damage or Loss During Transit

The risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with YAKOOT until the moment of delivery to you. If your parcel arrives damaged or missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yakoot.nl. We will resolve this for you.

Pickup in Amsterdam

Pickup is possible by appointment in Amsterdam. Please contact us at info@yakoot.nl or 0687117212 to schedule an appointment. Location and time will be arranged via email.
