Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the product.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back or you have provided evidence of having sent it back.

Returning the product

You must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

The direct cost of returning the product is at your expense.

Conditions for return

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories and original packaging where possible.
  • The product may only have been used to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  • You are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.

Recommended return procedure

  1. Send an email to info@yakoot.nl with your name, order number, and notice of withdrawal.
  2. Pack the product carefully and return it with a tracked shipping method.
  3. Keep proof of postage until the refund has been processed.
