EN-Shipping Policy

Shipping area

We currently ship within the Netherlands. EU shipping is available on request via info@yakoot.nl.

Shipping carrier

Orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL. After dispatch you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your shipment.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Orders over €500 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands.

Delivery time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Not at home

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will make a second delivery attempt or leave the parcel at a nearby pickup point. You will be notified via the track & trace.

Damage or loss during transport

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with YAKOOT until the moment of delivery to you. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yakoot.nl. We will resolve this for you.

Pickup in Amsterdam

Pickup is available by appointment in Amsterdam. Contact us via info@yakoot.nl or 0687117212 to arrange a time. Location and time will be confirmed by email.
