3.2. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
3.3. Products are sold in second-hand or refurbished condition unless explicitly stated otherwise. Light signs of use are normal and not grounds for complaint or cancellation, provided they fall within the described condition category.
3.4. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the seller.
Article 4 — The contract
4.1. The contract is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set therein.
4.2. If the consumer accepts the offer electronically, the seller will promptly confirm receipt of acceptance electronically.
4.3. The seller takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data.
Article 5 — Prices

8.4. The consumer is liable for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
8.5. Full exercise of the right of withdrawal and the procedure are described in the separate Returns Policy.
Article 9 — Conformity and warranty
9.1. The seller guarantees that the products comply with the contract and the specifications stated in the offer.
9.2. For refurbished and second-hand products, the legal conformity obligation applies in proportion to the nature of the product and the reasonable expectations the consumer may have.
9.3. Additional commercial warranty: the seller offers a 6-month hardware warranty. If a product shows a hardware defect within 6 months of receipt that is not the result of normal use, the seller will replace the product or fully refund the purchase price. This is a commercial warranty offered by YAKOOT, not by the manufacturer.
9.4. The warranty does not apply to: damage from drops, liquid, or improper use; damage caused by software installed by the consumer; normal wear; defects disclosed in the offer.
